This warning category is used for valid code patterns that the compiler accepts
but discourages through syntax lint diagnostics.

No checked example is currently included for this warning. Add an
`0063_error` fixture only when there is a compact stable-toolchain snippet that
reproduces `Warning: [0063]`.
