Invalid mbti file.

This warning name is kept in the warning table for invalid .mbti files, but the current interface parser reports syntax errors in .mbti files as E3100.

If you see an invalid interface warning from a tool that still uses this warning entry, regenerate the .mbti file (or fix the tool that produced it) so that the interface matches the current compiler version.
